Our Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Muffins are so simple to make using our Gluten-Free Muffin Baking Mix. Recipes and easy-to-follow instructions are included on the bag. These muffins can be easily baked up for a quick breakfast or lazy Sunday brunch with your family.

All of our gluten-free baking mixes are super versatile too! This bag gives you recipes for these blueberry muffins or banana nut muffins. Or you can simply add in your favorite mix-ins like chocolate chips to create your own custom creation. 

Each baking mix starts with our own handcrafted proprietary gluten-free flour, yielding tender and light baked goods typically not found in conventional gluten-free baked goods. In addition, they are allergen-free and made with all-natural ingredients, without preservatives.

So grab a few kitchen staple ingredients like butter, milk, vanilla, and blueberries (either fresh or frozen) and a few basic kitchen tools and in no-time you'll have a great start to your morning with homemade gluten-free blueberry muffins.

Be sure to add your favorite chocolate chips such as semi-sweet, milk, bittersweet or white chocolate chips. My favorite is to use a combination of both Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips.

If time allows, let the muffin batter rest! Hydrating gluten-free flour is an important step in gluten-free baking to eliminate grittiness. You can make the batter ahead of time and keep in the refrigerator for a few days to just bake up a few at a time.
