GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA CRUST
It doesn't always have to be made of cauliflower or almond flour!
Roll up your sleeves and mix up a a couple flatbread pizza crusts or even bread sticks with this versatile, easy-to-use baking mix. Each bag is handcrafted with our own gluten-free flour blend that yields a light and tender bake. Recipes and easy-to-follow instructions are included, as well as suggested ingredient substitutions for customizing the flavor to make each bake your own.
Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
1. Use stand mixer with paddle attachment. Place dry mix into mixer.
- 2. Add liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- 3. Make dough into balls and roll out onto greased baking sheet and let rise until air bubbles form (about 1 hour).
- 4. Par-bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, add toppings and bake an additional 5-7 minutes. Baking times will vary between ovens.
