With our Gluten Free Muffin & Donut Baking Mix Its easy to make Pumpkin Spice Loaf:
- Pour bag in mix and add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well. Let batter rest for 5 minutes and beat again to hydrate the gluten free flour.
- Scoop batter into cupcake liners 3/4 full and sprinkle tops with course sanding sugar.
- Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes.
To convert VEGAN, DAIRY FREE
- Swap out buttermilk with unsweetened oat, coconut or almond milk
- Swap out butter with canola oil
- Replace eggs by adding 1 tsp. soda to the batter and pour 1 T. vinegar on top of the soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan.
Place GLUTEN FREE MUFFIN & DONUT MIX in the mixer.
Add additional ingredients and mix well. Let batter sit 5 minutes and then mix again to hydrate the gluten free flour.
Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes
