With our Gluten Free Muffin & Donut Baking Mix Its easy to make Pumpkin Spice Loaf:

  1. Pour bag in mix and add remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix well. Let batter rest for 5 minutes and beat again to hydrate the gluten free flour.
  3. Scoop batter into cupcake liners 3/4 full and sprinkle tops with course sanding sugar.
  4. Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes.

To convert VEGAN, DAIRY FREE 

  • Swap out buttermilk with unsweetened oat, coconut or almond milk
  • Swap out butter with canola oil
  • Replace eggs by adding 1 tsp. soda to the batter and pour 1 T. vinegar on top of the soda
