Gluten-Free Cupcake

Bake a batch of gluten-free cupcakes that soar high above other heavy, flavorless gluten-free “cupcakes”. Our baking mix yields heavenly cupcakes with an impossibly light and tender crumb that float across your tastebuds. GLUTEN-FREE BASIC CUPCAKE

1. Place mix in bowl & add additional ingredients. Let rest 15 min. mix again.

2. Scoop batter into cupcake liners 2/3 full. 

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

Makes 12 cupcakes.

 

GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE

  • 1 bag Gluten-Free CUPCAKE Mix
  • 1/2 c. butter (room temp)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. cocoa 
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk, cream or milk
  • 1/3 c. hot coffee
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

1. Place mix in bowl & add additional ingredients. Let rest 15 min. mix again.

2. Scoop batter into cupcake liners 2/3 full. 

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

Makes 12 cupcakes.
