Gluten-Free Cookies
Gluten-free cookies shouldn’t be bland pucks of cardboard. They should be soft, chewy, and tasty – and our gluten-free cookie mix delivers. Each bag of mix is handcrafted with our gluten-free flour blend that yields unexpectedly tender cookies.
Our mix is simple to use and is super versatile, too. Just add in your favorite mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or even crushed up candy bars to create your own custom cookie creations.
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
- 1 bag Gluten-Free COOKIE Mix
- 1/2 c. butter (room temp)
- 1 egg + 1 yolk
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 T. buttermilk, cream or milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1. Place mix in bowl & add additional ingredients. Let rest 15 min. mix again.
2. Scoop into balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheets.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
Makes 18-20 cookies.
