GLUTEN-FREE BREAD LOAF

- 1 bag Gluten-Free BREAD & PIZZA MIX
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. buttermilk or milk
- 1 T. vinegar
1. Place mix in bowl & add additional ingredients. Let rest 15 min. mix again.
2. Scoop batter into bread loaf pan. Let rise 1 hour-1 1/2 hours.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 and bake an additional 45 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf.
GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA CRUST
- 1 bag Gluten-Free BREAD & PIZZA MIX
- 8 T. olive oil
- 3/4 c. warm water

Use stand mixer with paddle attachment.
1. Place dry mix into mixer.
2. Add liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Make dough into balls and roll out onto greased baking sheet and let rise until air bubbles form (about 1 hour).
4. Par-bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, add toppings and bake an additional 5-7 minutes. Baking times will vary between ovens.
