- 1 bag Gluten-Free BROWNIE MIX
- 1/2 c. butter (room temp)
- 2 T. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. chocolate chips (melt with butter)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1. Place mix in bowl & add additional ingredients. Let rest 15 min. mix again.
2. Spray a quarter sheet pan and pour batter into pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Makes 9-12 brownies.
