Gluten-Free Muffin & Donut Mix

But hang on, it gets better. This mix is also incredibly versatile. Craving donuts instead of muffins? No problem. Our mix will have you munching on delicious baked gluten-free donuts in no time. Want to switch it up even more? Use this mix to make some bomb banana bread that’ll make you forget all about gluten.

 

BASIC FRESH-FRUIT MUFFINS 

    • 1 bag Gluten-Free MUFFIN & DONUT MIX
    • 1/2 c. canola oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 2/3 c. buttermilk, sour cream or milk
    • 1 c. mashed fruit or fresh berries
    • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    1. Place mix in bowl & add additional ingredients. Let rest 15 min. mix again.

    2. Scoop batter into cupcake liners 3/4 full. Sprinkle with course sugar.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

    Makes 12 muffins.

    2. Scoop batter into donut pans.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

    Makes 12 donuts.
