Gluten-Free Muffin & Donut Baking Mix Recipes
BASIC FRESH-FRUIT MUFFINS
- GLUTEN-FREE MUFFIN & DONUT BAKING MIX
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. buttermilk, sour cream or milk
- 1 c. mashed fruit or fresh berries
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1. Place mix in bowl & add additional ingredients. Let rest 15 min. mix again.
2. Scoop batter into cupcake liners 3/4 full. Sprinkle with course sugar.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15–17 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.

GLUTEN-FREE DONUTS
- 1 bag GLUTEN-FREE MUFFIN & DONUT BAKING MIX
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. buttermilk, sour cream or milk
- 1/3 c. apple cider
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1. Place mix in bowl & add additional ingredients. Let rest 15 min. mix again.
2. Scoop batter into donut pans.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
Makes 12 donuts.
