Gluten-Free Muffin & Donut Baking Mix Recipes

 BASIC FRESH-FRUIT MUFFINS 

1. Place mix in bowl & add additional ingredients. Let rest 15 min. mix again.

2. Scoop batter into cupcake liners 3/4 full. Sprinkle with course sugar.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15‚Äď17 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.

    GLUTEN-FREE DONUTS

    • 1 bag¬†GLUTEN-FREE MUFFIN & DONUT BAKING MIX
    • 1/2 c.¬†canola oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/3 c. buttermilk, sour cream or milk
    • 1/3 c. apple cider
    • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

    1. Place mix in bowl & add additional ingredients. Let rest 15 min. mix again.

    2. Scoop batter into donut pans.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

    Makes 12 donuts.
