GLUTEN-FREE BASIC FRUIT PIE
- 1 bag Gluten-Free PIE & PASTRY Mix
- 1/2 c. cold butter
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 T. vinegar or vodka
1. Place mix in bowl & add additional ingredients. Let rest 15 min. mix again.
2. Place dough into a round disk on parchment paper and chill 15 minutes.
3. Prepare pie filling.
4. Roll out bottom crust and fill with fruit filling.
5. Roll out top crust, add dots of cold butter on top of filling. Lay down crust.
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 and bake an additional 45 minutes.
Makes 1 pie.
