unsweetened coconut flakes

pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

cranberry seeds (or chia or hemp seeds)

flax seeds

brown sugar

WET INGREDIENTS

cherry juice or other fruit juice
⅓
c.
oil
½
c.
honey or maple syrup

vanilla

Instructions
PREP
Gather equipment. Pre-heat oven to 325°. Grease or line a cookie sheet with parchment.
Rough chop 1 c. of the almonds and set aside.
GRANOLA
In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix together cherry juice, oil, honey and vanilla and pour over the dry ingredients.
Pour granola into a thin layer onto baking sheet. Press down into an even layer.
BAKE
Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
ADD MIX-INS
Remove from oven, stir and toss in the dried cherries and press down. Return to oven for 10 additional minutes.
Let cool on the pan then break into pieces. Store in an air-tight container.
