“Turkey, The Bird for all Seasons” was published in 1984. It is filled with all sorts of turkey recipes, a complete Thanksgiving meal, and of course desserts! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday so it’s not a surprise I was drawn to this book…mostly because of the cute illustration on the cover.
