In 2012, I left my 20+ year career as event planner and fundraiser. Born with an entrepreneurial spirit and a combined passion for living a healthy lifestyle, I created my first business, Harvest Circle Workshop. There I developed all-natural innovative snacks like Harvest Superfood Balls and Harvest Superfood Granola, sold throughout the Midwest at Whole Foods Market and health food stores, hospitality industry, micro-markets, and cafes.
Building on that momentum in the natural foods space, in 2019 I re-branded the company to Vintage Baked Modern, introducing a new specialty line of premium gluten-free products like baking mixes and baked goods.
Our gluten-free facility is located in downtown Valparaiso, Indiana. We sell our products wholesale, and retail on our website, vintagebakedmodern.com, and our brick-n-morter store will be opening soon in November.
Our all-natural, specialty food products can be found in food service locations like universities and food service, health food stores, micro-markets, and cafes. This includes our full-line of: Gluten-Free Flour, Gluten-Free Baking Mixes, Harvest Superfood Balls, gluten-free/vegan baked goods like cookies and muffins, and our new ready-to-bake refrigerated cookie dough.
