Vintage Baked Modern offers premium gluten-free baking mixes for hospitality companies, food service kitchens, grocery stores and commercial bakeries. Our mixes are flexible to scale to your needs and come with simple-to-follow instructions.
We sell our gluten-free baking mixes as individual 10# bags or as a case of (3)-10# bags. New wholesale accounts are provided with an instruction manual with tips for gluten-free baking, recipe scaling chart and flavor variations.
