Baker’s Tips

  • When making cheesecake, it is best to place a cake pan larger than the cheesecake pan under the cheesecake. This will ensure that the water surrounding pan will not leak and let water come in contact with your cheesecake.
  • For a creamy cheesecake, do not overbake! Cheesecake is done when you jiggle it and the center moves just slightly.
  • Try making a homemade whip cream as a topping.
