FAQ’s for Bakery Orders
We are a small-batch specialty bakery that makes orders from scratch, fresh on the day they are picked-up.

We offer local store pickup on Friday and Saturday from 8:30am – 2:00pm at 208 Elm Street, Valparaiso, IN.
We will also offer additional pick-up hours around holidays.

How do I place an order?
Each week you can look at the menu posted for pre-orders. We do not keep baked goods in a cooler, they are baked fresh and packed up ready-to-go.

Do you take corporate or event orders?
Yes! For bulk or corporate orders, send us an email at [email protected] for our catering menu.
When is the cut-off for pre-orders?
Weekly pre-orders will be open from Sunday thru Thursday at Midnight.
How do I pick-up my order?
When you place your order, select your preferred pick-up day of either Friday or Saturday, and indicate a timeframe window.
Can I cancel my order once ordered and paid?
No, because we bake fresh to order, we do not offer refunds.
Do you take custom sugar cookie requests?
No, we do not take custom orders. We do offer holiday-themed cookie boxes using pre-selected cookie shapes and standard decorating.
