FAQ’s for Orders
We are a small-batch gluten-free bakery that makes all of our products from scratch!

• We are an online-order bakery.
• All baked goods must be ordered in advance through our website.
• Unless announced for a Pop-Up or special event, we do not sell baked goods directly from the bakery.
• Orders are prepared fresh for pickup.
We are open for online order pickups:
Thursday, Friday, & Saturday from 10:00am–3:00pm
208 Elm Street, Valparaiso, IN.
We DO NOT ship fresh baked goods. We ship baking mixes, granola, and DIY cookie kits.
We also have POP-UPS and HOLIDAY pre-orders, events, and classes which will be announced on our Events Page.

How do I place an order?

Do you take corporate or event orders?
Yes! For bulk or corporate orders, send us an email at apryl@vintagebakedmodern.com for our catering menu.
When is the cut-off for pre-orders?
Weekly pre-orders will be open from Sunday thru the day before your pickup is scheduled.
How do I pickup my order?
Our bakery location is 208 Elm Street, in Valparaiso, Indiana. We are open for order pickups Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 10am–3pm. There are parking spaces out front, on the side streets and in the back parking lot.
Can I cancel my order once ordered and paid?
No, because we bake fresh to order, we do not offer refunds.
Do you take custom sugar cookie requests?
No, we do not take single custom orders. We do offer holiday-themed cookie boxes using pre-selected cookie shapes and standard decorating.
How does shipping work?
We ship orders each week on Wednesday.
