We guarantee all of our products are of high quality. We make our products by hand and handle them with care. Our products are perishable, so all sales are final and we do not accept returns, except in the limited cases below.
- Damaged in transit – item arrives visibly damaged or compromised.
- Incorrect item received – not the product you ordered.
- Missing items – something from your order didn’t arrive.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help quickly.
Include in your email:
- Order number and name
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the outer box, shipping label, packing materials, and the product(s)

After review, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. If a refund is approved, please allow your bank/credit card issuer time to post it after we process it.
Non-Refundable
There are certain situations where refund is not granted:
- Opened or partially consumed items
- Products in good condition where you’ve changed your mind or don’t like the taste
- Items not reported within the time windows of 48 hours listed above
- Sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at apryl@vintagebakedmodern
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Before you call your bank, be aware there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
